Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. Your order will be shipped with via USPS Standard or Expedited service in the U.S. Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order loads, weekends, and holidays.

Here at Nuevo Medico we have a no-hassle return policy to take back your purchase.  We give you (30) thirty days from your date of purchase to return your items. Unfortunately, if (30) thirty days have passed since your purchase date, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

All CBD products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you have purchased a product for the first time, and you are not satisfied with the product, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

Otherwise, to be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be sealed, unused and in their original packaging. Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you via email that a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will post to your account within (30) thirty days.
